This training is an international event with limited slots and requires extensive and costly preparation. For this reason, refund requests will only be accepted up to 30 days before the event. In such cases, the refunded amount will be issued minus a 15% administrative fee. If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another training in any other country within a one-year period.

By participating in this event, attendees grant their consent to be filmed or photographed, either partially or in full. These recordings and images may be used on social media, promotional materials, and other media for marketing and event documentation purposes. Participants acknowledge and accept the use of their likeness for these purposes.

I acknowledge that this training involves physical contact with both instructors and other participants. I understand that such contact is integral to the practice and should not be misinterpreted. Any concerns regarding physical contact should be communicated to the instructor immediately.

I affirm that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the training activities. I confirm that I do not have any medical conditions that would prevent my participation and that I have informed the organizers of any relevant health concerns.

I agree to adhere to all safety instructions provided by the instructors and event organizers. I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructors immediately if I experience any discomfort or health-related issues during the training.

I commit to maintaining a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. This includes treating fellow participants, instructors, and event staff with courtesy and adhering to the rules and regulations of the training venue.

I recognize that the training may involve discussions of confidential or personal information shared by other participants and instructors. I commit to upholding the privacy and confidentiality of all participants and agree not to disclose any personal information without explicit consent.

I assume full responsibility for my participation in the training. I release the organizers, instructors, and event staff from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during my participation.

The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule or content of the training if necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as far in advance as possible.

By registering for and participating in the Kyusho Sensory Energetics training, classes, or sessions, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. My participation constitutes express consent to all the policies and conditions outlined above.
