This training is an international event with limited slots and requires extensive and costly preparation. For this reason, refund requests will only be accepted up to 30 days before the event start date. In such cases, the refunded amount will be issued minus a 15% administrative fee.

If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their registration to another KSE training in any country within a one-year period, subject to availability.

By registering for and attending this event, I hereby give irrevocable, perpetual, and unrestricted consent to Sensory Energetics (KSE), its affiliates, agents, and assigns to photograph, record, and capture my image, voice, and likeness through video, audio, or photographic means during the training.

I understand and agree that:

These materials may be edited and used without additional notice or approval;

They may be published or distributed in any format or medium, including social media, websites, printed materials, educational content, and commercial marketing campaigns;

My image or likeness may be used in connection with the promotion, advertising, education, or documentation of current and future KSE events, services, or products;

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final media in which my likeness appears;

I release KSE and its representatives from any claims or liability arising from the use of such materials, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

I acknowledge that this consent is binding, and no further permission is required.

I am aware that this training involves physical interaction with instructors and fellow participants. I understand and accept that physical contact is integral to the nature of the practice, and I agree that such contact will be professional and respectful.

I agree to:

Communicate immediately with instructors if I feel uncomfortable or if boundaries are crossed;

Not interpret any physical interaction inappropriately;

Respect others’ boundaries and physical space at all times.

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health and able to safely participate in the training.

I confirm that:

I have no medical or psychological conditions that would prevent safe participation;

I have disclosed any relevant health concerns or limitations to the organizers;

I accept full responsibility for my well-being during the training.

I agree to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols as provided by KSE instructors and staff. I commit to:

Immediately report any injury, illness, or discomfort during the event;

Act responsibly to ensure my safety and the safety of others.

I agree to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and professional attitude throughout the event. This includes:

Respecting the dignity, privacy, and beliefs of all participants and staff;

Refraining from discriminatory, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior;

Complying with venue rules and the directions of organizers and instructors.

I understand that personal stories, experiences, or health-related information may be shared during the training.

I commit to:

Treat all shared information as strictly confidential;

Not record, disclose, or publish any personal details of other participants without their express written permission.

I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for my participation.

By attending this event, I voluntarily:

Assume all risks associated with participation;

Release KSE, its instructors, staff, and affiliated partners from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or in connection with my participation.

KSE reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, content, instructors, or format when deemed necessary. Any such changes will be communicated as early as possible. No refunds shall be issued due to minor changes or schedule adjustments.

By registering for and attending any KSE training, session, or class, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms and Conditions.

I acknowledge that my signature on this form constitutes a legally binding agreement, and that my participation implies express consent to all stated policies.

Upon successful completion of a designated KSE training event, participants may be granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Sensory Energetics™ brand, name, methods, practices, training materials, and videos for the sole purpose of offering individual sessions, classes, or workshops under the official Sensory Energetics banner, provided they are in good standing and meet all organizational requirements.

This license is subject to the following conditions:

The license is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue and may be renewed at the discretion of KSE;

License holders must adhere to all rules, standards, ethics, and teaching guidelines set forth by KSE;

The brand name “Sensory Energetics™” and any materials derived from KSE teachings must not be altered, rebranded, or combined with other systems without prior written consent from the organization;

Teaching or offering sessions that are based on KSE methods but are marketed under different names (e.g., a fusion or personal version) is considered a material breach of this agreement;

This clause applies even after the license has expired, been revoked, or not renewed — all materials, methods, and terminology originating from KSE remain protected under intellectual property laws and may not be used, adapted, or reproduced without explicit authorization.

Immediate termination of the license (if still active);

Cease-and-desist orders;

Potential legal action, including claims for damages, loss of business reputation, and violation of intellectual property rights.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sensory Energetics.

12. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By checking the box during registration, I confirm that I have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. I acknowledge that:

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between myself and Sensory Energetics (KSE);

I am fully responsible for complying with all obligations, standards, and policies described herein;

My acceptance is equivalent to a handwritten signature and signifies my full consent to participate under these terms.
